SHIPPING RATES
Our Wood Burning Hot Tub ships to Canada & the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $395. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We now offer Worldwide International Shipping. Online ordering is limited to Canada and the US currently. International customers submit an International Order Request so we can provide you with an exact quote based on your needs. Allow 24-48 for international quotes.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders within Canada are subject to either GST or HST depending on the province. Customers in British Columbia pay both GST and PST. Many orders to the USA are both tax and duty free including Hot Tubs. USA orders under $800 value are Duty-Free as per Section 321. Orders between $800 - $2500 are considered "informal entries" and may be subject to duty charges. Hot tubs & orders over $2500 do not have duty charges but do require detailed client information for a more formal entry. All required paperwork is submitted automatically by Goodland. Worldwide (UK, Aus, Europe, etc) customers may be required to pay landed duty and taxes.
HOW WE DELIVER
Small products and accessories ordered alone may be shipped to your doorstep via parcel carriers. For our standard Curbside Shipping of Wood Burning Hot Tubs and other large items all delivery locations must be safely and easily accessible for a 5-ton truck with tailgate. This means that the delivery driver will deliver your item(s) to the edge of your property or driveway. If you would prefer to arrange pickup from a terminal, or live in a unique or hard-to-access location, please contact us prior to discuss. If your property or access is not clearly visible on Google Street View your property may be categorized as a hard-to-access location. Any additional fees incurred delivering to hard to access locations will not be the responsibility of Goodland.
PICK-UPS
Large freight items like our Wood Burning Hot Tub are available for complimentary pickup in both Winnipeg (at our production studio) and in Vancouver (at our design studio). This is limited to Canadian customers only at this time. Please select your preferred option during checkout, note this is only available Monday - Fridays, 9-3pm. Small packages like Everlasting Garden Hose and other Bathing Accessories are not available for pickup at this time.
TIMELINES
Most accessories and small items are stocked unless otherwise noted and will be packed in 1-4 days and are shipped via standard ground carriers. For larger items like the Wood Burning Hot Tub, please see product page for current timelines. Once an item has shipped, please allow 3-21 business days for transit time within Canada and the USA. Please note: some rural/remote locations may have limited freight service and/or delivery windows causing unexpected shipping delays.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
For orders over $299 a signature will be required. Please inspect your order before unloading for any damage from shipping, this is the customers responsibility. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the item. Goodland Products Ltd is not responsible for items damaged during transport. Items damaged during shipment are the shipping carriers responsibility, and damage claims can only be made by Goodland Products Ltd if the customer rejects damaged product. Please inspect and do not accept damaged products. Here is what your items should look like upon receiving.
TRACKING LINKS
Small accessories and goods will be shipped with a tracking number. Larger accessories and hot tubs are shipped with the various carriers depending on your location and will include tracking numbers within 24-48 hours.
