Receive free shipping to the US & Canada on any Wood Burning Hot Tub with the addition of a Hot Tub Accessories Bundle.
All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

HOW WE DELIVER

Small products and accessories ordered alone may be shipped to your doorstep via parcel carriers. For our standard Curbside Shipping of Wood Burning Hot Tubs and other large items all delivery locations must be safely and easily accessible for a 5-ton truck with tailgate. This means that the delivery driver will deliver your item(s) to the edge of your property or driveway. If you would prefer to arrange pickup from a terminal, or live in a unique or hard-to-access location, please contact us prior to discuss. If your property or access is not clearly visible on Google Street View your property may be categorized as a hard-to-access location. Any additional fees incurred delivering to hard to access locations will not be the responsibility of Goodland.

PICK-UPS

Large freight items like our Wood Burning Hot Tub are available for complimentary pickup in both Winnipeg (at our production studio) and in Vancouver (at our design studio). This is limited to Canadian customers only at this time. Please contact us to arrange for pick-up. Note this is only available Monday - Fridays, 9-3pm. Small packages like Everlasting Garden Hose and other Bathing Accessories are not available for pickup at this time.

TIMELINES

Most accessories and small items are stocked unless otherwise noted and will be packed in 1-4 days and are shipped via standard ground carriers. For larger items like the Wood Burning Hot Tub, please see product page for current timelines. Once an item has shipped, please allow 3-21 business days for transit time within Canada and the USA. Please note: some rural/remote locations may have limited freight service and/or delivery windows causing unexpected shipping delays.

DAMAGED, LOST OR INCORRECT ORDERS

For orders over $800 a signature will be required. Please inspect your order before unloading for any damage from shipping, this is the customers responsibility. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the item. Goodland Products Ltd is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transport. Items damaged during shipment are the shipping carriers responsibility, and damage claims can only be made by Goodland Products Ltd if the customer rejects damaged product. Please inspect and do not accept damaged products. Here is what your items should look like upon receiving. Lost or Stolen shipment claims will be filed by the receiver.

CHANGE ORDERS

Any order changes made after payment (size, color, finish) must be done within 12 hours of placing the order otherwise the products have already been packaged for shipping.

TRACKING LINKS

Small accessories and goods will be shipped with a tracking number. Larger accessories and hot tubs are shipped with the various carriers depending on your location and will include tracking numbers within 24-48 hours.

WHERE WE DELIVER

Online ordering is available to Canada, USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. We currently do not ship to the unincorporated U.S. territories.

International customers outside these regions can submit an International Order Request so we can provide you with an exact quote based on your needs. Allow 24-48 for international quotes.

Hot tubs & orders over $2500 do not have duty charges but do require detailed client information for a more formal entry. All required paperwork is submitted automatically by Goodland.
International United Kingdom New Zealand Australia Europe	Depending on shipping method requested. DPU or CFR see below. Import duties calculations are the responsibility of you, the buyer.

HOT TUB OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Customers in the EU, UK, AU or NZ can choose from two shipping options for Wood Burning Hot Tub orders. Contact us if you have any questions

CFR – Cost and Freight: GOODLAND is responsible for transporting the cargo to the buyer’s port. Once the goods have arrived at the port, the responsibility transfers to the buyer. The buyer then must arrange to receive the cargo and import the goods into the destination country, followed by delivering to the final destination. The buyer is responsible for terminal handling charges and delivery from the port to it’s final destination, as well as import duty or taxes and customs clearance.

DPU – Delivered at Place Unloaded: GOODLAND to deliver and unload the cargo to the final destination. Once the shipment is successfully unloaded at the buyer’s location, the responsibility transfers to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for import duty or taxes, and customs clearance.

Wood Burning Hot Tubs are shipped overseas in wooden crates. Please ensure you are prepared to transport or receive the crate, depending on your chosen shipping option.
