SHIPPING RATES

Canada & USA: Orders within North America are eligible for $395 flat-rate shipping for the Wood Burning Hot Tub and the Cold Tub. Receive free shipping to Canada & the US on any Wood Burning Hot Tub with the addition of a hot tub accessories bundle.

Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to the unincorporated U.S. territories. 

EU, UK, & Australia: Shipping rates are dependent on your country and can be viewed during checkout. 

Rest of World: International customers outside of these regions can submit an International Order Request for a custom shipping quote. Allow 24-48 for international quotes. 

HOW WE DELIVER
Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub: For customers within Canada and the USA, the Wood Burning Hot Tub, Cold Tub, and other large items will be shipped by standard curbside shipping. This means that the delivery driver will deliver your tub to the edge of your property or driveway, where the public land meets the private land, and no further. You will be required to inspect the shipment, sign for it, and move it to its final destination. The tub can be moved with just two people. 

If your shipping address is not safely and easily accessible for a 5-ton truck and/or does not appear on Google Maps, or if you would prefer to arrange pickup from a terminal, you will need to contact us prior to delivery to arrange terminal pickup. Any additional fees incurred delivering to hard-to-access locations will not be the responsibility of GOODLAND.

For customers located within the EU, UK, and Australia, the Wood Burning Hot Tub and the Cold Tub will be shipped either curbside or will be available for pickup at your nearest terminal or port. You can select your preferred delivery type during checkout. 

**Split Shipments**: If your order includes a Wood Burning Hot Tub or Cold Tub with other products, please note that the Wood Burning Hot Tub or Cold Tub will ship curbside separately based on current lead times. Other products will ship via standard carrier to the same address as your tub within 48 hours of purchase. If your shipping address is not your primary residence and no one will be available to sign for it, please get in touch with our team to coordinate.

Other products: Other products and accessories ordered will be shipped to your doorstep via parcel carriers. 

PICKUPS
Large freight items like our Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub are available for complimentary pickup both in Winnipeg (at our production studio) and in Vancouver (at our design studio). This is limited to Canadian customers only at this time. Please contact us to arrange for pickup. Note this is only available from Monday to Fridays between 9am and 3pm. Small packages like the Everlasting Garden Hose and other bathing accessories are not available for pickup at this time. 

TIMELINES
Most accessories and small items are in-stock (unless otherwise noted). In-stock items will be packed within 1 to 4 days and are shipped via standard ground carriers. 

For larger items like the Wood Burning Hot Tub, current shipping timelines will be listed on the product page. Once an item has shipped, please allow 3 to 21 business days for transit time within Canada and the USA. Orders outside of Canada and the USA may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery. Please note: some rural/remote locations may have limited freight service and/or delivery windows causing unexpected shipping delays.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
For orders over $800 a signature will be required. It’s the responsibility of the customer to inspect the order for any damage from shipping before unloading and accepting the delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the item. Goodland Products Ltd is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transport. Items damaged during shipment are the shipping carriers responsibility, and damage claims can only be made by Goodland Products Ltd if the customer rejects the damaged product(s). Please inspect and do not accept damaged products. Here is what your items should look like upon receiving. Lost or stolen shipment claims will be filed by the receiver.

ORDER CHANGES
Any order changes after payment (e.g. size, color, or finish) must be done within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order has already been prepared for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible for any order change requests.

TRACKING LINKS
Small accessories and goods will be shipped with a tracking number. Larger accessories and tubs are shipped with the various carriers depending on your location and will include tracking numbers within 24-48 hours.

TAXES & DUTIES

HOT TUB OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Customers in the EU, UK, AU, or NZ can choose between two shipping options for Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub orders. Please contact us if you have any questions.

CFR – Cost and Freight: GOODLAND is responsible for transporting the cargo to the buyer’s port. Once the goods have arrived at the port, the responsibility transfers to the buyer. The buyer then must arrange to receive the cargo and import the goods into the destination country, followed by delivering to the final destination. The buyer is responsible for terminal handling charges and delivery from the port to its final destination, as well as import duty or taxes and customs clearance.

DPU – Delivered at Place Unloaded: GOODLAND to deliver and unload the cargo to the final destination. Once the shipment is successfully unloaded at the buyer’s location, the responsibility transfers to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for import duty or taxes, and customs clearance.

Wood Burning Hot Tubs and Cold Tubs are shipped overseas in wooden crates. Please ensure you are prepared to transport or receive the crate, depending on your chosen shipping option.
