CANADA & USA
Flat rate $395 curbside shipping on Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub orders*.
>> Receive free shipping on any Wood Burning Hot Tub with the addition of an eligible hot tub accessories kit.
>> Receive free shipping on any Everlasting Garden Hose with the addition of The Garden Essentials Kit.
Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping location.
*Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska or to any remote or island property should contact us first for accurate shipping rates (or arrange for local warehouse pickup).
REST OF THE WORLD
Flat rate shipping available on all Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub orders, depending on shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on order weight and fulfillment location.
WHERE WE SHIP
GOODLAND ships to most countries worldwide. All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouses. We currently do not ship to the unincorporated U.S. territories.
Customers shipping to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, the European Union, and the United Kingdom can checkout via our online store.
International customers outside of these regions can submit an International Order Request to obtain a custom shipping quote. Please allow 24-48 hours for international quotes.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
PARCEL DELIVERY
Most accessories and small items are in-stock and marked ‘Ready To Ship’. In-stock items are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 4 days.
Backordered and pre-order items will ship as indicated on the product page. These dates are subject to change and we will contact you if the expected ship date changes.
We ship standard via ground carriers, with expected shipping speeds indicated at checkout. These timeframes do not include the packing lead times stated above, and are not guaranteed.
FREIGHT ITEMS
For large curbside delivery items like our hot and cold tubs, current production lead timelines will be listed on the product page.
CANADA & USA: Once your item has shipped, please allow 3 to 21 business days for transit time. Non-contiguous USA locations may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery.
Some rural/remote locations may have limited freight service and/or delivery windows causing unexpected shipping delays.
**Split Shipments**: If your order includes a Wood Burning Hot Tub or Cold Tub with other products, please note that the Wood Burning Hot Tub or Cold Tub will ship curbside separately based on current lead times. Other products will ship via standard carrier to the same address as your tub within 48 hours of purchase. If your shipping address is not your primary residence and no one will be available to sign for it, please get in touch with our team to coordinate.
EU, UK, AU, NZ: International orders may take up to 8-16 weeks for delivery.

DELIVERY
PARCEL
Most products and accessories ordered will be shipped to your doorstep via standard parcel carriers. You’ll receive a tracking number for your package via email when it ships.
Some orders may be split into multiple packages based on warehouse inventory. You’ll receive a tracking number for each package via email, and a packing list of what’s included in the delivery.
A signature will be required for orders over $800.
FREIGHT
CANADA & USA: The Wood Burning Hot Tub, Cold Tub, and other large items will be shipped by standard curbside shipping. This means that the delivery driver will bring your tub to the edge of your property or driveway, where the public land meets the private land, and no further. You will be required to inspect the shipment, sign for it, and move it to its final destination.
If your shipping address is not safely and easily accessible for a 5-ton truck and/or does not appear on Google Maps, or if you would prefer to arrange pickup from a terminal, you will need to contact us prior to delivery to arrange terminal pickup. Any additional fees incurred delivering to hard-to-access locations will not be the responsibility of GOODLAND.
EU, UK, AU, NZ: Choose between two delivery options at checkout for Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub orders.
| CFR – Cost and Freight | GOODLAND will transport your crated tub via sea shipping to a public access warehouse at your nearest sea port. Upon arrival, you or a delivery service of your choosing will need to retrieve the tub from the port warehouse, complete any remaining documentation, and settle any applicable fees, duties, or taxes. The tub's dimensions allow for transportation in standard vans and trucks, and can be manually repositioned on-site by two individuals. |
| DPU – Delivered at Place Unloaded | GOODLAND will coordinate the overseas shipment of your crated tub and its subsequent delivery to your specified address by scheduled appointment. The tub will be unloaded via lift gate at the junction where your driveway meets the public road. You may be notified regarding potential additional fees, duties, or taxes upon entry into the country. Following delivery, the tub can be manually repositioned on-site by two individuals. Please note that this delivery service is exclusively available for addresses that offer straightforward truck access. |
Wood Burning Hot Tubs and Cold Tubs are shipped overseas in wooden crates. Please ensure you are prepared to transport or receive the crate, depending on your chosen shipping option.

FREIGHT PICKUPS
Large freight items like our Wood Burning Hot Tub and Cold Tub are available for complimentary pickup both in Winnipeg (at our production studio) and in Vancouver (at our design studio). This is limited to Canadian customers only at this time. Please contact us to arrange for pickup. Note this is only available from Monday to Fridays between 9am and 3pm.
Small packages like the Everlasting Garden Hose and other accessories are not available for pickup at this time.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

It’s the responsibility of the customer to inspect the order for any damage from shipping before unloading and accepting the delivery. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the item. Here is what your items should look like upon receiving. Goodland Products Ltd is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transport. Items damaged during shipment are the shipping carriers responsibility, and damage claims can only be made by Goodland Products Ltd if the customer rejects the damaged freight. Please inspect and do not accept damaged freight |
Our team works hard to get you your order, but human error is possible. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
ORDER CHANGES
Any order changes after payment (e.g. size, color, or finish) must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order has already been prepared for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible for any order change requests.
RETURNS
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@hellogoodland.com to discuss your return. In the event that you receive your product and it does not meet your expectations, Goodland Products Ltd will accept returns (purchased directly from us) on any product in unused condition, if it's workmanship, functionality or appearance is not as described, within 30 days of original shipment date. Original invoice or receipt will be required. Return shipping, packing and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items purchased from a Third Party are not accepted.
