Refund policy
GOODLAND is happy to accept returns on items purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date
- Gift cards and sale items are final sale
- Items must be in new or unused condition, with the exception of our Everlasting Garden hose (learn more). Returned items must not be damaged, vandalized, altered, or rendered unusable. Items that show excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage will not be eligible for refund.
- Items purchased from a Third Party are not eligible for return
Return shipping and packing costs are the responsibility of the customer. GOODLAND does not provide complimentary return shipping labels.
Refunds will be provided after the item(s) are received and inspected, please allow 5-12 business days for processing once the item has been received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
